Making A Purchase

To make a purchase, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished choosing your items, click on the ‘Checkout’, then you will be asked for a few details we need to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as PayPal Direct. If you are shopping from the UK or outside the UK, place your order, your card company will convert the transaction to British Pounds Sterling.

All payment transactions are made through the secure PayPal site.

If any items you choose are not in stock, your order will be blocked, you will not be allowed to proceed unless we have current stock.

If you make a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Shipping And Handling

We only ship through a carrier. Our chosen carrier is DPD. If an order is in place before 8pm Monday through Thursday we will ship the same day for next day delivery. If an order is placed on Friday we will deliver on Monday the following week.

We offer one of the most advanced shipping systems available to ensure you receive your purchase quickly.

Please supply a delivery address that has someone available to receive the package as the carrier will require a signature as proof of delivery. 

A card will be left if no one is available and this will delay your delivery.

You will be informed when the goods are shipped and supplied with a tracking number.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged where required by law. Our VAT Registration Number is 119 9401 07. Note: certain items of safety workwear are VAT exempt.

All our sales are through the PayPal network.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of the delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone, quoting the order number supplied to you.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. You should take enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. If the goods have been worn, stained or damaged including the packaging this may affect your right of return.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, the same terms and conditions may not apply in the future.

None of these terms and conditions affect your legal rights, they are not diminished in any way.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms, to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
